
Introducing the everRun One Assurance Program
The everRun One Assurance Program is Marathon's new technical
support offering. This offering is the standard support
program for the everRun FT and HA product family, and available
to FTv Virtual Server and Endurance product family customers. In addition to access to our technical experts and resources, the program offers two new features,
available for use as described in the knowledge base article “How
to obtain technical support on your Marathon Product”, to provide you with prompt service
and faster issue resolution:
- everRun Assurance Web Portal - in addition to
contacting us by phone, everRun One Assurance customers can now
interact with us via our new Web portal. Enter new incidents,
obtain status on open incidents, download software updates and
documentation, and search our knowledgebase.
- everRun Assist - a new feature included with everRun One
Assurance Premier Support, everRun Assist allows the most effective
cooperative technical support capability available. Using
everRun Assist, Marathon customers and partners can, at their
request, enable Marathon to perform remote problem diagnosis,
along with efficient sharing of log files, trace files, and
other information essential to the problem resolution process.
Your Marathon Technical Support representative can provide
specifics on how we enable this capability in the course of
incident resolution.
